A dog owner with a bone to pick over the way his pooch was groomed at a Brooklyn shop was busted trying to get even by swiping treats and toys for his pet, law-enforcement sources said yesterday.

Isaac Michel, 34, who was charged with petit larceny, allegedly tussled with a worker at the Who’s Your Doggy shop in Bed-Stuy over the weekend after demanding a refund because he didn’t like the way his canine had been coiffed.

When the employee refused to refund his money, Michel allegedly began grabbing items.

Michel returned a short time later and allegedly tried to swipe more goodies, but arriving cops nailed him, the sources said.
