Cops charged a Bronx man with murder in the killing of his stepdaughter, officials said last night.

Kenneth Williams, 27, allegedly killed his 3-year-old stepdaughter, India Durant, on Wednesday.

Cops said the child died in a fall from a high chair at about 9:30 a.m. in her family’s Tremont apartment.

The Medical Examiner ruled the death a homicide — and India’s biological father, Marquis Eddy, said Williams would be a “coward” if he fails to own up to the crime.

“He should be bold enough to take responsibility for his actions,” said Eddy, 28.

Williams is charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter, assault and endangerment.
