Stew is going from Broadway to Brooklyn.

Last seen in New York in his Tony awarding-winning musical, “Passing Strange,” the songwriter will next be on stage at St. Ann’s Warehouse.

“Making It,” a multi-media rock show commissioned by the DUMBO theater, traces the unlikely careers of Strew and trusty sidekick Heidi Rodewalk, from the dive rock clubs of Hollywood to the bright lights of Broadway.

The 70-minute song cycle will go nearly as soon as it kicks off; It runs for only six nights, from February 17 to 22. Tickets range from $42-$82. St. Ann’s Warehouse is located at 38 Water. St.
