A man says he suffered a five-day erection while in jail.

In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Rodney Cotton says that when he was finally taken to Bellevue for emergency surgery, the operation didn’t go well.

Cotton “suffered permanent injuries to his penis,” the suit claims.
