A 76-year-old woman was grazed by a bullet and a 51-year-old man was hit in the stomach Monday night when shots rang out in Harlem, cops said.

The victims were struck while walking at West 140th Street and Lenox Avenue at around 6:30 p.m. Neither appeared to be the intended target.

They were taken to Harlem Hospital, where each was listed in stable condition.
