A young boy was shot in The Bronx last night after an argument near a Fordham basketball court erupted into gunfire, cops said.

Two men started arguing at 6 p.m. and one was shot in the leg while the boy, who witnesses said was about 3, was grazed in the arm by a stray shot, cops said.

The 27-year-old shooter turned himself in to cops.
