A former Penthouse Executive Club stripper is suing for “emotional distress” over a billboard that portrays her as a stripper — at Scores.

After being assured her pictures would only be used by Penthouse, Nicole Hughes claims she was looking out a taxi window when, “Boom, there I am, massive in my underwear on a billboard for Scores!”

A woman who answered the phone at Penthouse — which has the same owner as Scores — declined comment.
