A former stripper at a notorious Midtown jiggle joint is suing the city for $5 million for busting her on bogus prostitution charges.

Falynn Rodriguez was nabbed with ex-porn star Alexia Moore at the now-shuttered Hot Lap Dance Club on West 38th Street after they gave a lap dance to an undercover cop and Moore allegedly suggested a threesome for $5,000.

No money ever changed hands, and no date or place was set for the tryst. A judge dismissed the charges against Rodriguez, and Moore was found not guilty.
