A former student at the prestigious Riverdale Country School in The Bronx claims he was expelled for sexual assault despite a lack of evidence and a retraction by the alleged victim.

The unidentified student said that the decision to boot him was based on his being a minority and his parents being not big donors, according to a Manhattan federal lawsuit.

The parents claim in the suit that the accuser retracted the allegations.

The school said it could not comment.
