A Bronx middle schooler claims she was hurt during film class when a teacher ordered her to take a leap off a radiator so he could film her.
The class was part of an after-school program run by The Children’s Aid Society at MS 301, the child’s family said in a Bronx Supreme Court lawsuit.
The negligence claim stemming from the October 2016 incident seeks unspecified damages.
