The hallways must be hell in this Brooklyn middle school, where students allegedly “trampled” a classmate.
Daniela Frances says she was in the hall between classes at IS 383 in Bushwick last spring when she was seriously hurt.
The girl was “knocked down, run upon, trampled” by a group of students while a teacher allegedly looked on, her family claims in a Brooklyn Supreme Court lawsuit filed against the city and the Department of Education.
The students who knocked Frances down were known to be “dangerous” and “overly aggressive,” she says in her claim.
The student and her family are seeking more than $15 million in damages.
The city will evaluate the allegations, a Law Department spokeswoman said.
