Some CUNY law students filed suit yesterday to try to force the White House to hand over documents about drone-missile strikes.

The students want a Brooklyn federal judge to force the feds to hand over “records regarding the killing and attempted killing of United States citizens and foreign nationals by drone strikes.”

Drone strikes in Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia and elsewhere are believed to be launched by the CIA, but details are highly classified.

The White House did not respond to a request for comment.
