Stun-gun tragedy
RHINEBECK, NY — Police are investigating the death of a 44-year-old man who died after a sheriff’s deputy used a stun gun to subdue him.
Police found James Healy Jr. behaving irrationally outside his girlfriend’s house, and a deputy used a stun gun on him during a struggle.
Healy had trouble breathing and was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
