A rookie cop collared a subway turnstile jumper in Queens, and learned the suspect was wanted for rape, cops said.

Officer Timothy Russo — who joined the force last month — made the bust in the E/J/Z Archer Avenue-Parsons Boulevard terminal in Jamaica at 4:30 p.m. after witnessing Kenny Campbell, 30, jumping the turnstile, cops said.

Campbell was wanted for allegedly breaking into the victim’s home last August, choking her with an electric cord and raping her, cops said. He was charged last night with rape and theft of services, cops said.
