A suspected creep who allegedly rubbed himself on a 15-year-old girl’s face and arm while she slept on a subway train was held on $3,500 bail at his arraignment in Queens criminal court Thursday.

Kenneth Kou, 28, was slapped with sexual abuse, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child charges for the May 26 incident aboard the No. 7 train in Corona.

Kou allegedly pressed himself against the girl’s leg and arm several times at about 3:45 p.m. as the two rode the train in Queens, prosecutors alleged.

After his arrest, he allegedly told detectives his groin area touched the girl and “it felt nice” so he didn’t stop, prosecutors said.
