A straphanger who admitted to grabbing three underage girls in an Upper West Side subway station has gotten off without any jail time, The Post has learned.

Patricio Penaloza, 35, took a plea deal last December for three March 2017 incidents in which he touched young women in the 66th Street-Lincoln Center subway station, according to the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.

The groper pleaded guilty to attempted forcible touching and was sentenced on the same day to conditional discharge with the requirements that he join a nine-month program and be entered in the sex-offender registry, the DA’s office said.

He was originally charged with forcible touching, endangering the welfare of a child and sexual abuse, and would have faced up to a year in prison if convicted at trial, court records show.

Nancy Sliwa, of the activist group Guardian Angels Perv Busters, expressed outrage over his slap-on-the-wrist sentence.

“They aren’t giving him any jail time,” she said. “It’s ridiculous because now you’re talking about someone who is grabbing children.”

Penaloza is due back in court on Oct. 26 to determine the sex-offender level at which he will have to register.
