A man was killed while subway surfing in the Bronx early Sunday, authorities said.

The victim, described as a man in his 30s, was riding on top of a train when he fell near the Tremont Avenue station on the B and D lines around 4:15 a.m.

He was then crushed by the rear of the train and died at the scene, police said.
