One of the women allegedly raped by Oscar-winning songwriter Joseph Brooks isn’t letting his suicide get in the way of her $5 million sex-assault suit.
The plaintiff — identified only as “Jane Doe” — filed papers yesterday in Manhattan federal court seeking to hold Brooks’ estate liable for damages in the alleged 2008 attack.
