Quit your bellyaching.

A Boston Red Sox fan suing the Yankees over a brutal beat-down he received at the old Yankee Stadium challenged a court order yesterday that he cough up $6,000 to send defense lawyers to his doctor’s deposition.

Charles Hillios, of Massachusetts — who needed three eye operations after getting kicked in the face for cheering a Boston homer in 2007 — says it’s “perverse” to make him pay legal fees for Shawn Sellick and Daniel Benjamin, who have been criminally convicted.

Hillios also says the Bombers and their security company, Burns International, can easily afford to send lawyers to Worcester, Mass., to question the eye surgeon.
