James Lomma is looking to cash in his deadly crane crash.
Lomma, who’s awaiting trial on manslaughter charges for a fatal 2008 crane collapse on E. 91st Street, sued to recoup $1.1 million in damages.
The suit, filed in Hudson County Superior Court in New Jersey, complains that Lomma’s New York Crane & Equipment Corp. had to spend over $1 million in “cleanup duties,” and it expects Sorbara Construction — which had rented the killer crane — to pay the money back.
Lawyers for New York Crane and Sorbara did not return calls for comment.
