The Jumeirah Essex House was hit over the head with a lawsuit from a man who claims a doorman at the building slammed the trunk door of a taxi on his noggin.

Stefan Vincze was hit in the head when a doorman identified only as “Louie” from the swanky hotel negligently closed the trunk, according to the complaint filed in Brooklyn Supreme Court.

Vincze said he suffered both internal and external injuries in the Dec. 9, 2007, incident.
