A suitcase filled with clothes caused a bomb scare at Macy’s in Herald Square on Tuesday morning, police sources said.

Cops were alerted to a “suspicious package” at the famed store at West 34th Street and Sixth Avenue in Manhattan around 11 a.m.

The NYPD’s Emergency Service Unit and Bomb Squad responded, closing West 34th Street from Sixth Avenue to Seventh Avenue as a precaution, sources said.

At 11:50 a.m., the Bomb Squad determined the baggage contained nothing but clothing.

It wasn’t clear if Macy’s was evacuated. The store didn’t immediately return a message seeking comment.
