Seals are really flipping for the Big Apple.

Days after one of the adorable critters turned up on the beach in Far Rockaway, another one was spotted hanging out in one of Brooklyn’s hippest neighborhoods Sunday, as it took time to sun itself near the Newtown Creek Nature Walk in Greenpoint.

Officials believe the seal came in with high tide and was either chasing fish — or maybe hoping to start a band.

The animal remained on the third step of a set of stairs leading into the water until it swam away with the high tide in the afternoon.

Authorities said the seal did not appear to be injured.

On Thursday, a 200-pound baby seal came ashore at Beach 20th Street in Far Rockaway, also to catch some rays.

The Riverhead Foundation, a nonprofit that does marine animal rescues, said the seal was molting, which is the process in which it loses and regrows its fur.

Seals are federally protected animals, so people have to stay 150 feet away at all times. Police were seen standing guard by the animal.
