DELHI, N.Y. — A college official says a 21-year-old student was found dead in her campus townhouse at the State University of New York at Delhi.

Joel Smith, director of college advancement, tells WBNG Binghamton that Sarah Gosselin was found unresponsive by her roommate around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

An autopsy is being performed to determine how she died but school officials say they don’t suspect foul play.

Gosselin was a transfer student from Glenmont who was studying veterinary science technology.

Residence life and counseling staff have been providing support to students affected by the tragedy.

Delhi is about 60 miles southwest of Albany.
