ALBANY — Gov. Cuomo yesterday pushed to increase tuition by 25 percent over five years at most SUNY campuses and 40 percent over five years at university centers at Buffalo, Binghamton, Albany and Stony Brook.

Tuition is now nearly $5,000 a year.
