The cousin of US Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor was mugged in The Bronx by two thugs who took her iPhone, a police source said yesterday.

Erin Sotomayor, 28, was walking down the stairs into the Tremont Avenue subway station on Grand Concourse at about 11 a.m. Thursday when a woman grabbed her from behind and put her in a choke hold. A male accomplice then grabbed Sotomayor’s phone.

Sotomayor, who lives nearby, was not injured.

Cops said the woman mugger is between 18 and 25 and wore a black “I ♥NY” T-shirt. The male mugger, about the same age, wore a black cap and a white T-shirt.
