Charles DeVoe, the Vogue model left comatose after a surfing accident in the Rockaways last month, has died.

DeVoe, 28, who also posed for Anne Klein, had been at Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital since the Nov. 12 mishap.

He died Friday.

“Obviously, he was a good [person],” his mom, Laura, said from her Philadelphia home. “This is very hard for us.”

After graduating with a political-science degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2004, DeVoe moved to New York, where he was discovered by a talent scout who saw him on the street.

Relatives recalled him as athletic with an adventurous spirit that gravitated toward such action sports as snowboarding, trick bicycling and, most recently, surfing.

An only child, he lived alone in Astoria, Queens.
