Lock up the hookers and porn stars! Charlie Sheen’s gonna be a single man again soon.

The “Two and a Half Men” star, 45, filed for divorce from his estranged third wife, Brooke Mueller (pictured) — one day before his probation for a Christmas 2009 assault against her is to end.

He was hospitalized last week after trashing his Plaza hotel room in a boozy, coke-fueled frenzy as porn star Capri Anderson cowered in the bathroom.

Sheen’s second wife, actress Denise Richards, and their two young daughters were down the hall when the troubled “Wall Street” star accused Anderson of swiping his watch and wallet.

Last year, he allegedly held a knife to Mueller’s throat and threatened to kill her after she said she wanted a divorce.

They have 1-year-old twins, and Mueller, 33, already gets $55,000 a month in child support under a May separation agreement.
