A Staten Island man surrendered to cops yesterday hours after his wife was found strangled in their bedroom, authorities said.
Eva Rubin, 63, a mother of two, was discovered dead at 1:30 p.m. inside her Crafton Avenue home in Willowbrook, police sources said.
“Get to the house. I’m sorry for what I did,” Rubin’s husband, Arthur, 64, allegedly told his son-in-law who found the victim’s body on her bed with marks around her neck, the sources said.
Arthur Rubin later surrendered at the 122nd Precinct after a citywide search, the sources said.
