A well-dressed fiend who sexually assaulted a Greenwich Village woman last week has been spotted on tape and police are asking for the public to help identify him, police said.

The creep, donning a black coat, black slacks and a brown scarf, made a purchase at a Duane Reade store before the vicious assault took place last Friday, sources said.

He is pictured casually strolling out the pharmacy clutching a plastic bag. The sicko later followed the 33-year-old woman into her apartment building near Thompson Street at 6:00 a.m. and attacked her inside the lobby, souerces said. He later fled the scene.

The victim was taken to a local hospital where she was treated for her injuries.
