Video obtained by The Post shows the moment a cop-hating thug brazenly opened fire at two on-duty officers in the Bronx Saturday night.

The shooting left one of the officers with graze wounds to his chin and neck.

The chilling footage shows the officers’ patrol van parked with its emergency lights flashing on the north side of Simpson Street, just east of Fox Street in Hunts Point.

As the van begins to move, the shooter fumbles with his gun, fires several rounds and then walks away aimlessly up Fox Street before running then back across Simpson Street in the same direction as the van’s escape.

The shooter was still being sought early Sunday.

The wounded officer was driven by his partner to Lincoln Hospital, where he is in stable condition.
