A Queens man who hurled a Molotov cocktail near two Israeli rabbinical students was arrested early Friday, authorities said.
On Oct. 9, Thomas Miles, 53, of Briarwood, came up to the students at West 37th Street and Ninth Avenue in Midtown and chucked a flaming bottle, authorities said.
But it was later discovered that Miles was targeting a shopkeeper, cops said.
No injuries were reported.
