Cops on Saturday busted the man who allegedly gunned down a Papa John’s deliveryman.

Luis Jaime, 29, was taken into custody when the NYPD’s Warrant Squad arrived at his East Harlem home around 6:45 a.m.

Jose Alvarado, 37, of Belmont Avenue in The Bronx, was on his way back from making a delivery around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday when Jaime walked up to him in front of the Amsterdam Avenue and West 145th Street restaurant and fired the fatal shot, cops said.

Surveillance footage from a nearby storefront shows the deadly encounter unfold.

Jaime was charged with murder, assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon, cops said.
