The odds were against the killer.
NYPD cops flew to Las Vegas and nabbed a 29-year-old Brooklyn man wanted for the strangulation murder of a Queens transvestite who he met over the internet.
Acting on a tip, Queens detectives last Friday arrested suspect Rasheen Everett at a Las Vegas residence.
He was flown back to New York City yesterday to face charges that he killed Edelbuerto Gonzalez-Andujar, 29, who went by the name of Amanda.
Police sources said the busty victim had not undergone the final surgical procedure that would fully transform him into a woman.
She was found lying face up in bed in her ransacked apartment decorated with Marilyn Monroe poster around 3:57 p.m. on March 30.
It’s not clear what the motive for the murder was.
