A man who shot a transit cop’s daughter while aiming for his ex-girlfriend was arrested, police said.

Jamal “Snooze” Brown, 22, was nabbed Jan. 28 in Inwood, Long Island, with a loaded gun after someone called in a tip, police said Tuesday night.

Jaivon Mitchner, 28, was shot in the stomach near 41st Avenue and 10th Street in Long Island City moments after exiting the 21st Street – Queensbridge F-train station around 6:55 a.m. on Jan. 26, cops said.

The bullet was meant for Brown’s 19-year-old ex-girlfriend, police said. The two had been feuding.

Mitchner, the daughter of a transit cop, was rushed to New York-Presbyterian / Weill Cornell Medical Center in stable condition.

Brown was charged with attempted murder, assault, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a firearm.
