New York City police are investigating the death of a man in the Bronx who was brutally stabbed.

Police say officers were called early Monday to a building on the report of a man stabbed. The officers found the victim with multiple stab wounds to his head, neck and torso.

Police say the victim, described only as being in his 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators have made no arrests or offered a possible motive in the stabbing.
