Three people have been busted in connection with the last slaying of a person in New York in 2015: Jihad Jackson, 16, shot to death late on New Year’s Eve.

Eduardo Placencia, 18, his mother, Natalie, 49, and her boyfriend, Dorian Carr, 48, allegedly dragged Jackson’s body out of Eduardo’s bed and onto the sidewalk, and tossed the bed sheets into nearby bushes.

They were charged Friday with tampering with evidence. Police do not believe they were involved in the murder. Jackson was shot once in the neck at about 11:30 p.m., cops said.
