Approximately $17,000 was stolen using the gadgets, which duplicate bank-card information, allowing the thieves to create duplicate cards to withdraw money from owners’ accounts, police said.

The devices were placed on at least three ATMs at different Capital One banks, according to officials.

The first device was discovered Oct. 17 in the Capital One at 1295 Second Ave., near 68th Street, on the Upper East Side.

Police believe a second device was placed at the 320 Park Ave. location near 51st Street in Midtown sometime Oct. 20 or 21.

A third was found at 1180 Third Ave. near 68th Street, a short distance from where the first device was discovered.

The suspects’ photos were taken from bank surveillance video.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS
