An SUV jumped the curb in Midtown this morning and seriously injured an elderly man before slamming into the facade of Saks Fifth Avenue, authorities said.

The car crashed into the luxury department store on Fifth Avenue and East 49th Street at 10:50 a.m., the FDNY said.

A 90-year-old man who was on the sidewalk was badly injured and rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he is being treated for head trauma.
