An ex-con from Staten Island who stole a Chevy Equinox SUV from an auto-body shop and drove it to Atlantic City last New Year’s Eve was finally nabbed on Monday, cops said yesterday.

Alfonso Manzo’s alleged Jersey joy ride hit the skids when his brother-in-law lost the claim ticket and valets at Caesars contacted the vehicle’s owner.
