As far as the feds are concerned, disgraced Democratic donor Hassan Nemazee can sweat out his house arrest while awaiting trial on bank-fraud charges.

A Manhattan federal magistrate judge gave Nemazaee permission to work out daily — in the basement gym of the luxury Park Avenue apartment building where he’s living under house arrest in a $20 million duplex penthouse.

Nemazee, who raised bundles of cash for both President Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton, was busted last month on charges he used phony documents to dupe Citibank into loaning him $74 million.
