It’s Swede revenge!

The commander of Sweden’s 1,000 troops in Afghanistan took the stand in Manhattan Supreme Court yesterday to testify against a violent robber charged with pulling a carpet knife on him in a sidewalk scam gone bad.

Lt. Cmdr. Peter Palm said he felt “a touch” on his back as he and his dad strolled up Seventh Avenue in March.

Palm said he heard Louis Parson — fresh out of prison — drop a bag with a bottle in it, shout, “That’s my liquor!” and demand $40.

“My first thought is, this is a scam,” said the Scandinavian.

Parson, 41, allegedly pursued them into the Hotel Pennsylvania, this time offering to go away for $20.

The commander declined, unmoved by the 50 percent discount.

Then Parson allegedly started shouting threats, only to be jumped by a plainclothes cop.
