This is what a multi-billion dollar makeover looks like.

LaGuardia Airport’s once-dowdy Delta terminal will look clean and sleek with a skylight, floor-to-ceiling windows and views of CitiField once its $4 billion renovation is completed, renderings released by Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s office Thursday show.

“This new milestone in LaGuardia’s transformation brings us another step closer in converting the airport into a world-class flight hub in line with New York standards,” Cuomo said in a statement.

The designs showcase the first of the airline’s four renovated concourses. It is set to open this fall as part of a multi-year $8 billion reconstruction of the antiquated jet hub.

Delta is privately financing 80 percent of the costs for its own terminal, and the Port Authority is committing to the rest, officials said.

The $4 billion project, which began in 2017, will transform the outmoded Terminals C and D into a state-of-the-art new Terminal C.

The sprawling 105,000 square-foot concourse features big-name eateries like Rossi Pizzeria, from Mark Lacono, the chef behind Beyoncé-approved Carroll Gardens thin-crust pie place Lucali.

Landmark bagel joint H&H will also be part of the concourse, while cafes Birch Coffee and Juice Press will also be part of the concourse.

The LaGuardia construction project also includes the controversial AirTrain and $4 billion for the Terminal B redevelopment.
