A wheely thug took all four tires and rims from a vehicle parked on Cranberry Street between Hicks and Henry streets on Nov. 10.

The 40-year-old owner said he noticed his Black Infinity M45 on a jack and all the tires where gone when he checked on the car at around 6 pm.

He said that this wasn’t the first time thugs snatched his wheels.
