Diners fork over $54 for the dry – aged sirloin at Manhattan’s landmark Tavern on the Green restaurant — but the Central Park eatery isn’t even paying its staff minimum wage, according to a new class action lawsuit.

Dipon Padder did catering for the upscale restaurant from April through October 2017. Padder claims she and at least 40 other servers were paid just $7.50 an hour— minimum wage is $11 an hour— while the tavern kept a 7 percent administrative fee charged for special events.

Padder says guests expected that fee to be passed on to waitstaff as gratuity.

She’s suing in Manhattan Supreme Court for unspecified damages.

A restaurant rep did not immediately return a message.
