A longtime taxi driver was fatally shot in New Rochelle on Thursday morning after wrapping up his shift, a report said.

Andres Valenzuela, 62, was found by a cop with two gunshot wounds in the parking lot of Juliano’s Catering Hall just before 3 a.m., CBS New York reported.

Valenzuela was hospitalized, but could not be saved.

The victim was in his 10th year working for Express City Taxi, the report said. He just finished a six-hour shift before he was fatally shot.

“All the drivers are feeling bad,” Express City Taxi worker Marcos Pazos told the outlet.

“Shocking. It’s a surprise. New Rochelle usually is a quiet city,” said Pazos.

No arrests were reported as of early Friday.
