A topless woman tried to hail a taxi on Fifth Avenue — but hacks wouldn’t pick up the hot pair of honkers.

The high-heeled commuter, who gave her name as Luscid, bared her boobs on Friday near West 11th Street in Greenwich Village.

It may not be the breast way to get a cab, but it’s legal for gals to bare their chests in the city.
