A Harlem school teacher was arrested Tuesday after injuring a student, cops said.

Sammy Jimenez, 45, pushed the 17-year-old student at Bread and Roses Integrated Arts HS at around 2 p.m., according to police.

The student suffered a hairline wrist fracture. Officials said the incident took place over a cellphone.

Jimenez was charged with assault. The DOE said he has been reassigned.
