A Queens teacher was busted for reaching out to a former student he was forbidden to contact after he got caught in October sending graphic photos and videos to the girl when she was just 14-years-old, authorities said on Friday.

Michael Cognato, 35, was picked up at the Queens Community School District 25 building on Linden Place in Flushing after contacting the teen, violating an order of protection that was filed after he was arrested for sending nude snaps to her, police said.

Cognato, of Bethpage, met the girl at IS 93 in Ridgewood while he was her eighth-grade math teacher, as the Post reported in October.

Last summer, he began having sexually explicit conversations with the student and sent her pictures of himself naked, according to the criminal complaint from his 2017 arrest.

Cognato, who has been a teacher with the Department of Education since 2005, sent the teen over a dozen videos of himself masturbating and instructed her to send similarly explicit videos. He continued to communicate with the girl after she graduated, authorities said.

Both times, Cognato was arrested when the girl’s mother found out and reported the creepy behavior to police. He was charged on Thursday with criminal contempt, police said, and is expected to be arraigned on Friday.
