Don’t dare walk out on this teacher!
A Bronx high school teacher was busted yesterday for allegedly yanking on a student’s scarf in an apparent attempt to force her back to her seat to take a test, cops said.
Sary Guinier, 58, a substitute teacher at the Kappa Academy on East Fordham Road, was accused of assaulting the 17-year-old as she was attempting to leave the classroom in the middle of a 1 p.m. exam, a spokesperson for the Department of Education confirmed.
Guinier, who earned $75,796 in 2010, began with the DOE in 1997 teaching English as a second language.
She has been reassigned pending the outcome of the case. The victim refused medical treatment, cops said.
